Hi, I’m Jonah. I work with millennial leaders who are stuck.
Wait, stuck how?
You are missing the confidence to do the things you truly want. Maybe you want to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life but don't know how to accomplish your goals and gain the momentum to create the life of your dreams. My role in our coaching journey is to help you reclaim your power by showing you exactly where you are giving that power away. By giving you proven tools to overcome your stagnation, we can bring to light exactly what you’re creating for yourself.
Through my work, clients gain a clear vision for what they want in their life. I help them overcome their overwhelm, and create a life with purpose.

Why me?
From 2004-2018 I held various leadership positions with Dutch Bros. Coffee, primarily working with the Millennial demographic. The aspects which I felt were most impactful during my tenure with DB, were the personal development and leadership skill development with my coworkers and employees. I was fulfilled working with each individual to accomplish their goals and work towards achieving their dreams.
Through support, goal-setting, and mentorship, I witnessed hundreds of individuals accomplish their objectives through their commitment and hard work. However, I got to see first hand what it looks like when individuals give up on themselves, floundering on their path of success. The difference between the achiever and flounderer is simple -- their mindset.
I have invested in my own growth and development since my teenage years. I know that if I don't show up for myself with the highest regard, I will not be my best at serving my community and loved ones. My ascension fuels me to help others reach for their own unique potential. When we become better versions of ourselves, we become a better collective. I love helping others become the new and improved model of themselves, because I believe in people. The opportunity to witness people show up, do their work, and fall in love with their life keeps me called to this work. I hope you feel that calling too.
